Shannon Thomson

Shannon’s journey in real estate began in 2016 as a receptionist, where she quickly discovered a passion for the dynamic and people-centric nature of the industry. After earning her real estate license in 2017, she immersed herself in property management, becoming a trusted ally for both property owners and tenants.

Her dedication, attention to detail, and client-first approach have earned her industry recognition. In 2023, Shannon was proudly nominated for the prestigious REIWA Property Manager of the Year award and was honoured to receive the title of Property Manager of the Year at Xceed Real Estate.

These days, Shannon leads Xceed’s reception team, mentoring the crew and helping them grow their skills with the same passion she brings to everything.
