Ashleigh more commonly known as Ash around the office, began her real estate career in 2011 as a Sales Administrator. After five years mastering the administrative side of the business, she transitioned to Property Management, where she successfully managed her own portfolio for four years.

Now back in administration, Ash thrives as a Team Leader at Xceed, overseeing the reception, admin and offshore teams. Her passion for fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless operations makes her an invaluable part of the organisation. With her strong leadership and hands-on experience across multiple facets of real estate, Ash plays a key role in driving the team’s success.
