This portal offers a seamless and efficient way to overview your tenancy, report maintenance issues and access information regarding your property. Here’s everything you need to know to get started:

How to Access Your Tenant Portal Account:

Follow these simple steps to set up your account and start using the portal:

  1. Go to my.kolmeo.com and click “Register an account.”

  2. Enter your sign-in email - this email will be primary tenant's email, if you're unsure you can ask your property manager.

  3. Click “Send verification code” and follow the prompts. You must use this email address as it’s linked to your profile.

  4. Follow the prompts to create a password, then log in to Kolmeo.

 

What Features are Available on the Tenant Portal?

  • Access Anywhere: Log in from any device or web browser—no app required!

  • Payments: View details of your rent payments.

  • Lease Information: Review your lease details at a glance.

  • Maintenance Requests: Create and monitor maintenance requests with updates from your Property Manager. Learn how to report your maintenance here.

  • Manage Bank Accounts: Add and manage your bank account if you pay rent via direct debit.
